Who we are and who can use Paggered

Paggered is operated by Jack Anthony Mosley trading as Turbo Shandy Labs. You must be 18 or over to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you meet that age requirement and agree to these terms.

What Paggered does

Paggered is a fitness logging and coaching service. You can record workouts, measurements, nutrition and recovery information, and use an AI coach called Pags to generate suggestions from the information you provide.

Fitness and AI warnings

• Pags is automated. Its output may be incomplete, unsuitable or wrong, and is not reviewed by a person before you receive it.
• Paggered does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy or treatment, and does not replace a qualified professional.
• You decide whether to follow any suggestion. Consider your health, experience, equipment and surroundings before training.
• Pags is not a therapist, clinician or dietitian. If something hurts or you are worried about your health, stop and seek appropriate professional advice.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One account is for one person and is not transferable. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from something we failed to do with reasonable care.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• harass, impersonate, threaten or abuse another person;
• access another person's data or interfere with the service or its security;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the service or evade usage and spend controls;
• use Paggered or its AI features for unlawful or deliberately harmful purposes; or
• deliberately manipulate prompts, inject instructions or conceal context to cause unlawful output or loss.

If proven deliberate unlawful prompt manipulation or misuse directly causes a loss, you are responsible for that loss to the extent the law permits. This does not transfer to you a responsibility that belongs to us, excuse a defect in Paggered, or reduce your statutory rights. Reports and account restrictions are reviewed by a person.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content and training data. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service, generate the features you request, and show content to people you choose to share it with. That permission ends when the content or account is deleted, except for temporary backups and records we must lawfully retain.

Pags does not silently save, schedule, log or change anything for you. If you explicitly ask it to remember something, you review that memory before saving it and can edit, stop using or delete it in Settings.

Paid access

Current prices, included features and billing frequency appear on the pricing page and at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through Settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. See Refunds & cancellation.

Founding Lifetime is no longer sold. Existing Lifetime access continues on the terms it was bought under.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store

If you subscribe in the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for each month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refunds for App Store purchases under its own terms, so we cannot issue refunds for them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app alongside these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes, availability and ending the service

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice where a material change affects paid access unless urgent security, safety or legal action prevents it. You can stop using Paggered and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or close an account for material breach, fraud, danger to others or legal necessity, normally with an explanation and a chance to challenge the decision where appropriate.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, business losses arising from consumer use, or harm caused solely by ignoring clear warnings or deliberately misusing the service. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales may hear disputes, but if you live elsewhere this does not remove mandatory rights or access to courts that the law of your home country gives you. Contact us first and we will try to resolve a problem fairly.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date above and tell you directly before a material change takes effect. If a change needs fresh consent, we will ask for it rather than treating silence as consent.
