Who we are
Paggered is operated by Turbo Shandy Labs. [TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LAUNCH: registered legal entity name, company number, and registered address.] By creating an account you agree to these terms.
What Paggered is
A fitness logging and coaching app. You record workouts, nutrition, and recovery, and an AI coach called Pags uses that history to suggest what to do next.
Coaching is guidance, not medical advice
This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is not buried at the bottom.
- Pags is an AI model. Its suggestions are generated automatically, are not reviewed by a human, and can be wrong.
- Nothing in Paggered is medical advice, physiotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
- Form checks are automated and will miss things. Passing a form check is not confirmation that a lift is safe for you.
- Resistance training carries a real risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your body, and for stopping when something hurts.
- Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have an existing condition or injury, or are returning from one.

Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. [TO BE CONFIRMED: minimum age, and whether it is enforced at signup.]
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users, or post content that does either.
- Try to access data that is not yours, probe or interfere with the service, or work around usage limits.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
- Use the AI coach to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or that presents itself as professional medical guidance to someone else.
We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. Reported content is reviewed by a person; reporting something does not remove it automatically.
Your content
Your training data and anything you post stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, show it back to you, generate coaching from it, and display it to other users where you have chosen to share it. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Free and paid plans
Some features are limited on the free plan, including how much AI coaching you can use. Paid plans lift those limits. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See Refunds & cancellation.
We may change prices or what plans include. If a change affects your existing subscription we will tell you first, and you can cancel.
Availability
We aim to keep Paggered running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be removed. Workout logging is designed to work offline and sync later, but keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending things
You can stop using Paggered and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or withdraw the service with reasonable notice.
Liability

A limitation of liability clause has to be enforceable to be worth anything, and consumer law constrains what can be excluded — including that liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence cannot be excluded at all. Given this is a fitness product, this clause and the medical-advice section above are the two that most need professional drafting. Nothing plausible-sounding has been invented here.]
Governing law

Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top when these change, and tell you directly if a change materially affects you. Continuing to use Paggered after a change means you accept it.
